Customer Relations Management (CRM)

At SWM Environment, we believe that excellent customer service is the key to our success. The public can channel their feedback and complaints through our toll-free Talian Indahkan Malaysia (1800 – 88 – 7472), which is operational from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday including public holidays. Our client charter ensures that we will respond to any customer complaint not more than two working days from receipt of complaint, on the measures taken or to be taken on the complaint made.

SWM Environment, collaborated with other concessionaires and the government to establish a Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4i) Centre in the hub of Cyberjaya. The C4i Centre enables the monitoring of the concessionaires’ entire operations from the centre. In tandem with this modernisation of the industry is the centralisation of data inventory system that facilitates billings and payments to be done online, the first of its kind in the country.
